MEET ME
Bio
Born in 1975 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, I, Francisco E. Serrano, came to Florida in 1998 after completing my college education in Business Administration at the University of Puerto Rico.
Soon after arriving, I continued my career in Hospitality Management, career that I started while in college. I completed a Management Training Program from Hyatt Corporation in 1999 and in 2003 left the industry and started venturing on my own.
I first established my career in Real Estate where I soon became a broker and open my own brokerage, known as Assist-2-Sell Buyers and Seller Connections.
After the market crashed in 2007, I saw the need to reinvent myself and shifted my career towards the Insurance Industry, concentrating my efforts efforts in the Healthcare Industry. That was a very assertive move as that has been a solid foundation in my career.
Nonetheless, in 2009 I became the CEO for Consulting Employment Solutions, a company dedicated to assist the government in programs for the needy families in the eastern coast in Puerto Rico. After accomplishing those goals, I took back my entrepreneur views and merged all my past experiences in what is known today as Serrano Consulting Group, Inc., a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage in Florida that also offers a variety of services to help individuals and businesses alike in the state of Florida.
I am also the President of Insurance Quality Connections, Corp. A Florida based corporation licensed as an Insurance Agency in the state , dedicated to sell Health & Life Insurance products.
On a personal note, I am a family man. I have been married to my wife, Andrea, for over 15 years and have three beautiful daughters; Genesis, Isabella and Emalee.
